All BPL I matches moved to Sunday

DST GROUP Brunei Premier League I (BPL I) fans will have to wait another day longer for the season ending matches.

Matches scheduled for today and tomorrow have been moved to Sunday to respect the Maulidur Rasul (Prophet's Birthday).

Today's match was supposed to feature Brunei Shell FT (BSFT) against Majra FC at the BSRC field in Seria in a battle of restoration.

Both Jerudong FC and NBT FC were able to get the results they needed in order to pip BSFT and Majra off their spots.

The good news is that BSFT and Majra still have the chance to reclaim their positions. The bad news is that they will have to outdo each other to do it.

Judging from the run of past matches, however, BSFT look set for the DST Group Brunei Premier League II (BPL II), as Majra look more likely to win this weekend.

Four wins out of five matches, the most recent being the 2-1 victory over Jerudong, Majra's form is on fire.
