In other S-League news, league runners-up Brunei DPMM FC have released its foreign quartet following the conclusion of a relatively successful season which saw the Bruneian outfit lift the StarHub League Cup as it did in 2009, its last season in the S-League before Fifa prevented Vjeran Simunic’s side from completing its season.
Basiru Osman, Ivan Jerkovic, Patrick Da Silva and Tales Dos Santos have been released by the club, and it is understood that the Bruneians are keen on bringing foreign players of better quality for the 2013 season.
