THE Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council (MS ABDB) can make it three straight DST FA Cup titles after beating Tabuan Muda (national Under-23 football team) 2-1 in last night’s semi-final.
The win sees the two-time defending champions through to Saturday’s final against rivals Indera Sports Club, who went past IKLS FC 4-1 in Tuesday’s semi-final.
Sld Razimie Ramli gave MS ABDB a 62nd minute lead at the Tutong Sports Complex, and though Md Nur Syazwan Halidi evened the scores five minutes later, Sld Razimie’s second goal in the 75th minute earned the DST Super League titleholders a shot at another trophy this year.
MS ABDB topped the DST Super League with 49 points this season. Indera were second on 42 points and Najip I-Team third with 36 points.
